Our commitment to fostering exploration starts early, with resources tailored to middle school students. Our rich courseware catalog and Learning Blade resource have a proven track record of expanding STEM, computer science, and career interest and awareness.
As the largest publisher of CTE and elective digital curriculum in North America, we offer a vast catalog of over 250 courses spanning grades 6-12. Our CTE pathway curriculum aligns to 14 career clusters, preparing students for nearly 100 industry certifications. To help bring our curriculum to learners, we provide professional development as well as virtual instructional services, supported by certified teachers, that facilitate personalized learning.
eDynamic Learning doesn't stop at coursework alone. We are passionate about helping students grow their skills through experiential learning through our Knowledge Matters virtual simulation instructional materials and projects. Our simulations are true hands-on learning in a virtual environment.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Vice President of Marketing to join our team and contribute to the organization’s growth goals. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and driving the marketing strategy and activities of an organization. The VP of Marketing plays a crucial and hands on role in developing and implementing effective marketing initiatives to promote the company's products or services, build brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative vision, and hands on strong leadership skills.
In this role, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and will be working closely with our Sales and Executive Leadership teams. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about making noise in the industry. This fully remote senior leadership role requires a proven marketing professional with a passion for education.

Responsibilities:
- Marketing strategy: Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy. Collaborate with the executive team to define the marketing goals, objectives, campaigns, and strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Develop comprehensive marketing plans to achieve these goals and oversee their execution.
- Brand management: Establish and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience. Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Monitor brand perception and make necessary adjustments to enhance brand positioning.
- Marketing programs: Lead the marketing team through various marketing programs including product award applications, customer loyalty programs and awards, student scholarship challenges, partnership marketing, and event concepts.
- Product marketing: Collaborate with product management teams to develop effective product marketing strategies. Define target market segments, positioning, and value propositions for each product or service. Drive product launches and develop go-to-market plans.
- Marketing campaigns: Develop and implement integrated omnichannel campaigns to effectively reach target audiences to generate awareness and interest, including press releases, advertising, events, and digital media. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all communication touchpoints. Orchestrate content for landing pages, collateral, social, emails, websites, and blog posts.
- Lead generation: Build pipeline through inbound and outbound go-to-market movements. Managing the inbound lead flow processes and the outbound BDR team strategy. Own reporting and analytics to determine the impact of marketing efforts on pipeline and revenue.
- Team leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Set clear objectives and performance metrics, and regularly evaluate and provide feedback to ensure the team's success.
- Budget management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals. Monitor and analyze marketing spend and return on investment (ROI) to optimize budget allocation and maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Collaboration and stakeholder management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product management, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and industry influencers.
- BS degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in marketing roles, with progressive responsibility and leadership experience.
- K12 marketing experience
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent understanding of market research, data analysis, and marketing metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 + Bonus + Benefits, Dependent on Experience
